Embroidery is a process where needle and thread bring your design to life. The best way to get your design embroidered is to start with one of our sales representatives, who you can reach in-person, over email, by phone, or through the form at the bottom of this page.
Our sales reps will get your details sorted; we’ll help you pick out thread, a location on the garment, and even a font if you need it. Whether it’s a business logo or a name on a baby blanket, we’ve got you covered and take pride in making sure your logo looks as good as it does in your head.
If your logo hasn’t been embroidered before, it probably needs to be digitized. Digitization is a process that converts an image into a file that our embroidery machine needles can read. Digitization is a one-time, $50 fee, but after it’s been digitized, your logo will be on file in our system forever. After that, you can embroider that design as much as you want without ever paying another digitization fee.
Pins & Needles
Once your logo is digitized, our embroidery team gets to work. After scheduling your embroidery, one of our seamstresses will put a hoop over the garment, which holds the fabric taut so that the sewing needles can push through. After that, it’s a matter of minutes before your design is permanently sewn onto your items.
After the design is complete, our embroidery team double-checks the item to make sure that it is sized, centered, and sewn correctly. Finally, they get your order ready to be delivered or picked up, and it’s all yours!
