1. Several local screenprinters have 12 piece minimums, what is the minimum order at DiGiorgio's?
ANSWER - ONE
2. Is it true that you bring your dog to work with you?
ANSWER - YES
3. I have an emergency - I just realized that I need t-shirts tomorrow - can I get them that fast?
ANSWER - MAYBE...depends on our inventory and workload, but we will be honest and never take on a job we can't complete on time.
4. What are the Payment Terms?
ANSWER - For new customers, a production job is initiated upon receipt of:
a. Payment in full,
b. A a 50% deposit or,
c. a Purchase Order from your organization,
Note: Existing customer with pre-established credit terms need only submit a signed Order Form to initiate production. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
5. When can I expect delivery of my merchandise?
ANSWER - Your order form has a ”Ship Date.” (14 Days from the date the order form is submitted with payment) Unless specified differently the order will be ready before 6pm on the “Ship Date” indicated. Customers are responsible for picking up orders, unless delivery arrangements are requested on the order form.
6. What does DiGiorgio’s do to make sure my order is filled completely and correctly?
ANSWER - Our quality control standards are designed to ensure that every order is filled exactly as the customer requested. Throughout the ordering process, the sizes and quantities of your garments are counted, verified, and signed off 4 times by 4 different people, If a discrepancy occurs, each employee is under strict instructions to not to proceed any further on the order and alert a manager to resolve the situation. We take these extra steps to ensure your satisfaction and to keep our cost of merchandise as low as possible We encourage our customers to double check the accuracy of the order form, since the information is exactly what we use to complete the order.
7. What happens if a mistake occurs?
ANSWER - Let’s face it…although every customer and DiGiorgio’s associate wants an order to be perfect, mistakes happen. Most often, the order form is not completed correctly. Again, we urge every customer to check and re-check the order form before it is submitted. If your order is short or something is incorrect , please alert your sales rep or a manager (402-894-5627) as soon as possible. We will quickly investigate the situation, and will resolve your order in a timely manner.
8. I’ve submitted the order form, and you’ve begun production, but now I find an error on the order form or need more merchandise….what can we do?
ANSWER - If this happens, please alert your sales rep or a DiGiorgio’s manager (402-894-5627) as soon as possible. It is expensive for us to run a small volume of items and we incur a re-setup fee. However, we value the relationships with our customers and have developed an extremely fair policy to address these situations. Any reorders fewer than 12 units will be charged the same price as before but with a $35 resetup fee.
9. How do you make sure that my merchandise reflects how I intended it to look?
ANSWER - We make every effort to create merchandise reflecting your vision for your custom apparel To accomplish this, we need as much participation as possible from you during the order process. You are always welcome (without appointment) to sit with one of our graphic artists and design your merchandise together. You can also let us design alone, or we can collaborate over the phone and email.
10. What is the artwork approval timetable?
ANSWER - Before we can start the order you need to APPROVE your artwork. This is typically 7 days before your ship date. When you are approving, you are approving the: 1) THE SHIRT COLOR, 2) THE INK COLORS, 3) THE SPELLING & GRAMMAR, 4) THE PLACEMENT OF YOUR PRINTS, 5) THE SHAPES INCORPORATED IN YOUR DESIGN. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify and confirm that the graphic artist has spelled everything correctly and that the design and grammar are accurate. If the order is incorrect in any way, please contact your sales rep or a DiGiorgio’s manager (402-894-5627) as soon as possible. We will quickly investigate the situation, and also will resolve your order in a timely manner.
11. How do you ensure that the garment I want is available?
ANSWER - We order from several national warehouses and this enables us to fill almost all orders. However, in some rare instances, we simply cannot locate the garement. If this happens to your order, we will notify you immediately and discuss the options available. If the item can be backordered, we will provide an revised shipping date for your approval. If the item cannot be backordered, we will work with your to choose a similar design, different color, style, or size in order to complete your order on time.
