Getting Started

Note: Screen printing orders require a 12-piece minimum.

Whether you come in with a full-fledged design and a garment in mind, or if you only have your ideas, our sales representatives are available to help you through every step of the process.

Chris, Crystal and Kate have over 40 combined years of customer service. We are available to help you in-person, by phone, or over email, to make the design you want, how you want.

Have a larger order? Crystal’s specialty is webstores; she can set up an individual website just for your design & items for your team or employees to buy from directly.

To the Drawing Board

Whatever your design may be, DiGiorgio’s always collaborates with our customers to ensure your satisfaction. Michael, Katie and Elijah pride themselves on their beautiful designs and customer communication.

Once you have the logistics of your order sorted out, our artists get hard at work making sure that your art is ready to be printed. Before anything is set in stone (or ink!), our artists send you a proof to ensure that your design is just how you want it.

Art files usually need to be vectored. Vectoring is a process that “smooths” the edges of your logo or design so that even when it’s blown up to the size of a shirt, it won’t be pixelated. Each order that uses a new design for screen printing comes with a $40 setup fee to make sure that your art stays looking great, even when it’s life-size.

Now Printing

As soon as you’ve approved your art, it’s time to get printing. Our artists add your design to the print schedule, Drew gets to work ordering your items, and our production team prepares ink and printing screens, made specifically for your order.

After printing your design onto the garments, your items are sent through a dryer to protect the fresh ink. Next, our production team double-checks each item to make sure that it’s sized, centered, and printed correctly, and finally folds them up for your pickup or delivery.

It all starts with your idea.
